• any trip-specific terms, invoices, proposals, rooming terms, or hosted-trip rules

In the event of any conflict between these Website Terms of Service and any booking-related agreement, the booking-related agreement will control for that booking or travel service.

18. Dispute Resolution for Website Use

Any dispute arising solely from your use of this website, and not from an actual travel booking governed by separate booking documents, shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the applicable Beyond Travel Client Agreement or other controlling agreement if one exists.

If no such separate agreement applies, any dispute arising solely from these Website Terms of Service that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in New Jersey before a nationally recognized arbitration provider selected in accordance with applicable law. The arbitration shall proceed on an individual basis only. No class, collective, representative, or consolidated proceeding shall be permitted except where prohibited by law.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

20. Changes to These Terms

Beyond Travel may revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on the website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
