This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, submit an inquiry, request a quote, authorize a booking, make a payment, travel with us, or otherwise interact with Beyond Travel online or offline.

By using our website, submitting information to us, or engaging Beyond Travel for travel planning or booking services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

Beyond Travel often facilitates travel bookings in which payment is processed directly by a supplier or third-party platform rather than by Beyond Travel itself. If you provide payment information or payment authorization to us, we may transmit or input that information to the applicable supplier or processing platform in order to complete the authorized transaction.

Where permitted and necessary for booking support, Beyond Travel may receive or store payment-related information through PCI-compliant and encrypted systems. Beyond Travel does not represent that payment information is stored outside of approved secure systems. Payment information is handled only as reasonably necessary to facilitate authorized transactions, maintain booking records, respond to disputes, and support fraud-prevention efforts.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to improve functionality, understand site traffic, measure engagement, remember preferences, and support business operations.

These tools may collect technical and usage information such as device information, browser information, IP address, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and referral sources.

Beyond Travel currently uses Google Analytics to better understand website traffic and visitor behavior. Google Analytics may collect information in accordance with Google’s own policies and practices.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.

6. Marketing Communications and Text Messages

Beyond Travel may send promotional emails, newsletters, trip announcements, or updates about Beyond Travel offers and services where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly.

Beyond Travel uses text messaging only for trip-related communications, client service, booking support, payment reminders, travel updates, and related service matters. Beyond Travel does not currently use text messaging for SMS marketing campaigns.

Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send non-marketing communications related to your inquiry, booking, payments, travel documents, policy updates, or customer service matters.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

  • respond to disputes or chargebacks

  • comply with legal, tax, insurance, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations

Where such information is received, Beyond Travel will use it only as reasonably necessary to service your inquiry, booking, or travel request, comply with legal obligations, protect against fraud, respond to disputes, or otherwise as described in this Privacy Policy.

Such information will be handled through secure, encrypted, or otherwise protected systems where applicable and appropriate to the nature of the data.

Because travel services are often provided by global suppliers, your personal information may be transmitted to travel suppliers, service providers, or systems located outside your state or country, including destinations involved in your itinerary. By engaging Beyond Travel for international travel arrangements, you acknowledge that information relevant to your trip may be transferred internationally as needed to arrange and support your travel.

Our website, emails, or communications may link to third-party websites, booking engines, supplier pages, payment platforms, social media platforms, or other external services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of those third parties. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

Our website may not respond to browser-based "Do Not Track" signals unless and until we adopt a specific practice stating otherwise.
