A: No — most trips offer flexible payment plans with low deposits. You’ll be able to make monthly payments leading up to your departure.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure online portal.

Q: Can I book for someone else?
A: Yes! Just be sure to have their full legal name, date of birth, and passport information (if required) when booking.

Q: What happens if I miss a payment?
A: We offer a short grace period and will always send reminders first. After that, late fees or cancellation may apply depending on the terms of your booking.

Q: Will someone be available to help once I arrive?
A: Yes. Whether it’s our local partners or your Personal Group Escort (if selected), Beyond Travel ensures you're supported every step of the way — from airport pickup to check-in and beyond.

Q: Is there a contact person at the hotel or resort?

Q: Are flights included in the package?
A: Unless stated otherwise, flights are not included. We do, however, guide you on the best airports, flight times, and what to book to match your trip.

Q: Can I customize my trip itinerary?
A: Yes! If you’re booking Flexible Independent Travel or planning a private group, we’ll tailor the itinerary to your preferences. For group trips, we offer curated options with optional add-ons.

Q: Will I receive a daily schedule before my trip?
A: Absolutely. You’ll get access to a personalized digital itinerary that includes your travel details, excursions, group events, and more.

Q: Can I arrive early or stay longer than the group trip dates?
A: Definitely. Let us know during the booking process and we can help arrange early arrivals, extended stays, or upgrades (subject to availability).

Q: What should I pack?
