There is no single assigned dining time shaping every evening. Choose the meals that matter, and leave space for a spontaneous bite when a port day runs long.
The menu links below are official samples. Dishes, prices and service can change. Use them to get a feel for the food, then follow the menu for your sailing.
FIND YOUR TABLE
Choose your ship to see its evening restaurant collection. The Razzle Dazzle space has a different dinner identity on each Lady. Daytime service is a separate offering.
9 restaurant profiles

All four ships / Steak & seafood
A dinner worth dressing for
A classic steak-and-seafood setting. Put this on your list when the meal itself is part of the evening.
Think about the rest of your night before choosing a time. A leisurely dinner and a show immediately afterward can be an awkward combination. If you have a particular cut or seafood dish in mind, read the sample menu, then confirm the actual offering and any supplement onboard.

All four ships / Mexican
Shared dishes and conversation
Mexican cooking with a social, sharing-friendly feel. A useful choice when your group wants to explore several flavors together.
Sharing works best when everyone agrees on preferences and dietary needs. Ask the team about portions and the order of dishes rather than assuming a familiar restaurant routine. Tequila, mezcal and other paid drinks are separate from included dining.

All four ships / Italian
A relaxed meal over pasta
Italian dining with pasta at its heart. Consider it for an evening when a familiar style of food leaves plenty of room to try something new.
A sample menu is a starting point, especially if you are traveling with someone who likes to know the choices in advance. Leave room for the courses that interest you rather than ordering to a formula. The menu can differ between ships.

All four ships / Korean BBQ
A more social table
Korean barbecue in a lively shared-table setting. The meal is as much about the conversation as what is on the grill.
If a private, quiet dinner is your priority, tell Devone before arranging your dining plans. If meeting other sailors appeals, this is a setting to consider. Mention dietary requirements to the restaurant team before the meal so they can explain the options.

All four ships / Tasting menu
For a curious palate
A chef-led tasting experience built around ingredients and presentation. Go with an interest in the progression of the meal.
This is worth discussing in advance if you have strong food dislikes, allergies or a tight evening schedule. Ask which menu is being served and what alternatives the kitchen can offer. Optional beverage pairings are a separate decision from the food.

Scarlet Lady / Chinese-inspired
Scarlet Lady’s dinner distinction
Scarlet Lady’s Chinese-inspired evening restaurant is one of the differences to know when comparing the fleet.
The Razzle Dazzle name can appear in older guides without explaining the evening concept. Use the ship and sailing together when reviewing dining. If this restaurant is a reason you are choosing Scarlet, let Devone know so it becomes part of the planning conversation.

Valiant Lady / Indian
Valiant Lady’s evening table
Modern Indian dining on Valiant Lady, developed with Maneet Chauhan and Indie Culinaire. It is a meaningful difference from older descriptions of this ship.
Explore the sample menu for the range of flavors rather than judging the experience by one familiar dish. If spice level or dietary requirements matter, ask the restaurant team about the preparations. Drinks and any menu supplements should be reviewed separately.

Brilliant Lady / Spanish-inspired
A taste of Spain on Brilliant
Brilliant Lady’s Spanish-inspired dining concept brings tapas and larger sharing dishes into the evening.
A shared meal can be a good fit for friends with different appetites. Discuss the dishes you most want to try and let the team guide the quantities. Choose this ship for the whole voyage, with Rojo as one part of the experience rather than the only deciding factor.

Resilient Lady / New American
Resilient Lady’s take on comfort food
Resilient Lady retains the New American evening concept, with creative approaches to familiar food.
Do not assume every Razzle Dazzle menu is identical across the four ships. Daytime service and evening concepts also differ. Bring specific food preferences to Devone, and confirm the menu for the meal you want to reserve.

WHEN THE DAY HAS OTHER PLANS
01A food-hall-style collection of counters makes it useful when everyone wants something different. Check the hours of the individual stations rather than expecting every counter to serve all day.
02A casual option when a full restaurant meal is more than you want. Think about it after a long afternoon ashore or when your evening plans leave little time for dinner.
03An outdoor lounge and its indoor counterpart, with Mediterranean-style bites. Look here when the setting matters as much as a formal meal. Brilliant has its own refreshed Dock offering.
04Food and drink delivery through the app. A delivery fee can apply, with exceptions for qualifying orders and suites. Read the current order total before confirming. Delivery is not available on disembarkation day.
COFFEE, COCKTAILS & SOMETHING WITHOUT ALCOHOL
01A cocktail stop to consider when you want to linger before or after dinner. Check the daily music schedule if you want to build the evening around a live performance.
02An indoor lounge for a drink and a pause between plans. Its Mediterranean-inspired menu includes rosé, spritzers and mocktails.
03The place to look for barista coffee. A specialty coffee is different from included drip coffee, which matters when estimating your drinks spending.
04A poolside option for a cocktail. Pool time and time ashore can change how much you actually buy onboard, so keep the daily estimate realistic.
You can enjoy the bars without making alcohol the focus. Ask about mocktails and other non-alcoholic choices. Shake for Champagne is an ordering service, not a complimentary benefit.
UNDERSTAND THE BILL
Water, soda, drip coffee, tea and non-pressed juices are included. Specialty coffee, freshly pressed juices and many other drinks cost extra.
Prepaid credit for eligible drinks, with an applicable purchase bonus. It is not unlimited drinking. You can share purchases with travel companions.
Estimate your Bar Tab →Credit for a broader range of eligible onboard spending. Allocate only the amount you want to use for drinks. The same credit cannot also pay for another purchase.
Beyond Travel’s eligible offer →RockStar and Mega RockStar have different beverage benefits. Devone can review those with you before recommending a purchase. Our Bar Tab calculator also accounts for that distinction.
MAKE ROOM FOR THE MEALS YOU WANT
Devone can help arrange dining around your voyage. The reservation window depends on when you booked and your fare or suite.
| Fare or accommodation | Before sailing |
|---|---|
| Base or Lock-It-In standard cabins | 15 days |
| Essential | 45 days |
| Premium | 60 days |
| RockStar & Mega RockStar | 120 days |
Earlier bookings follow different windows: 45 days for standard cabins and 60 days for RockStar and Mega RockStar. A window opens access to reservations. It does not guarantee a particular time.
Tell Devone which meals are important. Plans and availability can change, and onboard options may differ from the advance display. Keep some flexibility around the restaurants you most want.
Raise specific requirements with Devone before sailing, then discuss them directly with the restaurant team. Virgin’s kitchens are not allergen-free. A menu label alone is not enough to confirm that a preparation is suitable for you.
Virgin does not require traditional formal-night clothing. Wear something you enjoy for dinner, with more than swimwear in restaurants and footwear indoors. A light cover-up makes the transition from a pool afternoon easier.
A MORNING WORTH MAKING TIME FOR

You can book brunch throughout the voyage at The Wake and the Razzle Dazzle venue on your ship. Popular times can book quickly. Tell Devone which mornings you would enjoy, and he can help arrange them around your time ashore.
Brunch food is included, with any priced extras separate. A bottomless drinks offer is an additional purchase, not part of the included meal.
The Wake, Razzle Dazzle and The Galley serve breakfast during limited hours on disembarkation morning. Ask about an early reservation that fits your departure. This is a shorter service than a regular brunch day.
Plan your voyage with Devone“The French Toast at The Wake is fabulous!”
“The Wake is good but I really love Razzle.”
