Can I sail on my own?

Yes. The prices include one sailor in each available carried cabin category. A one-sailor price is a separate cabin total, not half of the two-sailor price. Dedicated Solo Insider inventory is not part of this collection.

What is the age requirement?

This is an adults-only sailing collection.

Which passport or entry documents will I need?

Beyond Travel will help you work through the passport and entry requirements for your nationality and itinerary before booking.

Is travel insurance included?

Travel insurance is separate from the cruise fare. Review the coverage and exclusions for your journey before choosing a policy.

What happens if I need to cancel or change my sailing?

Essential and standard Suite Fare offer a seven-day refund window when booked at least 120 days before sailing. Later cancellations may receive Future Voyage Credit or lose the voyage fare, depending on timing. Open the fare guide for the full schedule. Beyond Travel’s final-payment deadline remains 125 days before departure.

Essential fares

Essential applies to Insider, Central Sea Terrace, and XL Sea Terrace. This fare includes cabin selection at booking, Classic WiFi for one device per person, and a 45-day dining-reservation window. Voyage dates can change until 45 days before departure, subject to the replacement fare. Sailor 1 cannot be replaced.

Conditions and details
  • 120 or more days before sailing: cancel within seven days of the deposit for a voyage-fare refund. After that window, the deposit becomes Future Voyage Credit and other payments are refunded.
  • 119 to 45 days before sailing: voyage fare payments become Future Voyage Credit rather than a cash refund.
  • 44 days or fewer before sailing: the voyage fare is non-refundable. Taxes and fees are excluded from these fare penalties. Prepaid gratuities have a separate non-refundable policy.
  • Essential permits changes to secondary sailors only. Date changes are allowed until 45 days before sailing, within one year of the original departure. New pricing may apply.

Suite Fare

Cheeky Corner Suite and Seriously Suite use Suite Fare. These RockStar fares have a 120-day dining-reservation window. The cancellation summary below applies to standard suite bookings, not Lock It In rates.

  • 120 or more days before sailing: cancel within seven days of the deposit for a voyage-fare refund. After that window, the deposit becomes Future Voyage Credit and other payments are refunded.
  • 119 to 45 days before sailing: voyage fare payments become Future Voyage Credit rather than a cash refund.
  • 44 days or fewer before sailing: the voyage fare is non-refundable. Taxes and fees are excluded from these fare penalties. Prepaid gratuities have a separate non-refundable policy.
  • Standard RockStar suites also permit changes to the lead sailor. Date changes are allowed until 45 days before sailing, within one year of the original departure. New pricing may apply.
How do I discuss accessibility or tender ports?

Start with the tender and mobility notes on the voyage page. George Town and Olden carry specific access limitations on this itinerary. Confirm individual needs before booking rather than relying on a general accessibility statement.

Are flights and transfers included?

Flights and transfers are separate from the cruise fare. Beyond Travel can help arrange them as part of your trip. Barcelona to Amsterdam requires different arrival and departure cities.

How does the initial payment work?

Pay $100 per person to start. The remaining required deposit is due within 30 days. The final balance is due 125 days before sailing. The first payment alone does not hold or confirm a cabin.

Can prices change?

Virgin Voyages uses dynamic pricing. Fares and availability may change until your reservation is confirmed.

I have a My Next Virgin Voyage voucher. Can I use it?

An eligible existing My Next Virgin Voyage (MNVV) offer may apply to the carried terrace and suite categories. Insider is ineligible. Fare savings, onboard credit, and an existing deposit credit are separate, and the calculator applies the cruise-length fare discount when you select a qualifying voucher.

Are service gratuities included?

Yes. Our total cost includes the recorded prepaid service gratuities for your sailor count. They are included in the final payment due 125 days before sailing. The breakdown shows the cabin fare and gratuities clearly, with any qualifying voucher deductions on their own lines.

Will Beyond Travel host every sailing?

Beyond Travel curates the collection and supports planning and booking. An escorted or hosted departure has not been promised for these sailings.
