Devone Calli d/b/a Beyond Travel ("Beyond Travel," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, store, and protect personal information when you visit our website, contact us, submit an inquiry, request a quote, authorize a booking, make a payment, travel with us, or otherwise interact with Beyond Travel online or offline.

By using our website, submitting information to us, or engaging Beyond Travel for travel planning or booking services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy.

We may collect personal information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically through our website or systems, and information we receive from third parties involved in your travel arrangements.

collection agencies, dispute-resolution providers, banks, card issuers, or fraud-prevention partners where necessary to address payment disputes, chargebacks, or misuse

government agencies, courts, law enforcement, regulators, or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect our rights, clients, or business

a lead traveler or booking contact acting on behalf of other travelers on the reservation, where appropriate for servicing the booking

We may also disclose information in connection with a business transfer, sale, merger, restructuring, or similar transaction involving all or part of our business.

4. Payment Information

Beyond Travel often facilitates travel bookings in which payment is processed directly by a supplier or third-party platform rather than by Beyond Travel itself. If you provide payment information or payment authorization to us, we may transmit or input that information to the applicable supplier or processing platform in order to complete the authorized transaction.

Where permitted and necessary for booking support, Beyond Travel may receive or store payment-related information through PCI-compliant and encrypted systems. Beyond Travel does not represent that payment information is stored outside of approved secure systems. Payment information is handled only as reasonably necessary to facilitate authorized transactions, maintain booking records, respond to disputes, and support fraud-prevention efforts.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies, analytics tools, and similar technologies to improve functionality, understand site traffic, measure engagement, remember preferences, and support business operations.

These tools may collect technical and usage information such as device information, browser information, IP address, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and referral sources.

Beyond Travel currently uses Google Analytics to better understand website traffic and visitor behavior. Google Analytics may collect information in accordance with Google’s own policies and practices.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website functionality.

6. Marketing Communications and Text Messages

Beyond Travel may send promotional emails, newsletters, trip announcements, or updates about Beyond Travel offers and services where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly.

Beyond Travel uses text messaging only for trip-related communications, client service, booking support, payment reminders, travel updates, and related service matters. Beyond Travel does not currently use text messaging for SMS marketing campaigns.

Even if you opt out of marketing emails, we may still send non-marketing communications related to your inquiry, booking, payments, travel documents, policy updates, or customer service matters.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

provide services

maintain business and accounting records

respond to disputes or chargebacks

comply with legal, tax, insurance, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations

enforce our agreements

protect against fraud and misuse

These measures may include secure platforms, restricted access, vendor controls, recordkeeping controls, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle.

No system, platform, website, email transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For that reason, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through our website for independent use. If travel arrangements involve a minor, information about that minor should be provided by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult traveler as part of a booking.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly in a way that should not have occurred, please contact us so we can review and address the issue.

Depending on where you live and whether applicable privacy laws apply to our business, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to:

In the course of arranging travel, we may receive information that could be considered sensitive in context, such as passport data, traveler identification details, age-related information, or accessibility-related requests, as well as passport copies, identification images, or payment-related information where necessary and where permission has been given.

We ask that you provide only the information reasonably necessary for your travel arrangements. Where such information is received, Beyond Travel will use it only as reasonably necessary to service your inquiry, booking, or travel request, comply with legal obligations, protect against fraud, respond to disputes, or otherwise as described in this Privacy Policy.

Such information will be handled through secure, encrypted, or otherwise protected systems where applicable and appropriate to the nature of the data.

12. International Data Transfers

Because travel services are often provided by global suppliers, your personal information may be transmitted to travel suppliers, service providers, or systems located outside your state or country, including destinations involved in your itinerary. By engaging Beyond Travel for international travel arrangements, you acknowledge that information relevant to your trip may be transferred internationally as needed to arrange and support your travel.

13. Third-Party Websites and Platforms

Our website, emails, or communications may link to third-party websites, booking engines, supplier pages, payment platforms, social media platforms, or other external services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content practices of those third parties. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

14. Do Not Track

Our website may not respond to browser-based "Do Not Track" signals unless and until we adopt a specific practice stating otherwise.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version with a revised Effective Date. Your continued use of our website or services after an updated Privacy Policy is posted means you acknowledge the revised policy to the extent permitted by law.
